THE FOUNDER
Meet Mike
Carolina Elite Bar & DJ started behind the bar, with founder Mike Blizzard and a genuine obsession with the craft of a great cocktail. Years of experience across everything from high-energy nightclubs to upscale cocktail lounges taught him two things: how to build a drink worth remembering, and how to read exactly what a room — and a host — needs.
That craft-cocktail background is still the heart of the business. Mike builds custom signature drinks and mocktails around your event, your theme, and your guests, and brings the same care whether he's shaking a modern classic or inventing something no one's tasted before. He's hands-on at events by choice — this isn't a booking mill run from a corner office.
As Carolina Elite has grown to include a full team and DJ services, one thing hasn't changed: every event is personal. From your first call to the last pour, you're working directly with the person whose name is on the business — and a team he's trained, employs, and stands behind.
