Yes — and this matters more than most people realize. We carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance, and every bartender is a W2 employee covered under our policy. Many bar services use subcontractors who aren't legally covered unless they carry their own insurance. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance (COI), we can provide one.

The bar can be booked up to 5 hours. We bill for 4 hours minimum with an additional hour built in for set up and tear down.
DJ services can be booked for up to 6 hours and we bill for a minimum of 4 hours. -
As a rule of thumb, we staff one bartender for every 75 guests to keep lines short and service attentive.
